Peaceful Belly is more then just a CSA, we are part of the Treasure Valley’s eating culture. Clay, Josie and their crew work hard at growing food but also work as hard at coming up with other ways of helping the eaters of Idaho know where there food comes from.
To make a small farm work it must be diverse in so many ways. It must help maintain a diverse eco-system through its soil health and plant diversification. A small farm must all be diverse in the way it makes money, can’t put all your eggs in one basket, mantra. So, Peaceful Belly has branched out with a few other products besides veggies.
