Puppet Camp

Step into three days of hands-on making, imagination, and farm-fueled play at Peaceful Belly Farm.

In this immersive summer camp, youth ages 10–16 will design, sculpt, and construct large-scale puppets using recycled and found materials. These aren’t small hand puppets—participants will build bold, expressive creations that move, speak, and take on a life of their own.

Each day we’ll also gather food straight from the fields to prepare and cook lunch together, learning simple farm-to-table cooking as part of our creative rhythm. Afternoons open into movement, laughter, and play—water balloon games, outdoor challenges, and time to just be wild and free under the Idaho sky.

This camp is about more than making puppets. It’s about discovering how objects become voice, how story becomes movement, and how imagination can shape connection. Puppetry becomes a tool for expression—personal, collective, and unexpected.

There will be moments of focused building and moments where time dissolves into play, where creativity takes over and the world feels wide open again.

Three days of dirt, glue, laughter, food, and story. A place where imagination is taken seriously—and joy is part of the curriculum.Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.
